        This company have issued an incorrect Property Enquiry Certificate and are now aware of it. There advice is basically find a lawyer and take them on. They advertise full indemnity for their mistakes but omit the fact that you need your original lawyer to undertake the case. The lawyers and this company have basically refused to help rectify their huge error. I now own a property on an unadopted piece of land. Buyers beware...if anything I say here is untrue Millar-Bryce I would be more than happy to be proved wrong.
