Took 6 weeks to review a contract signed via Energylinx to then decline to provide a service after wholesale energy prices rose, with no explanation. No communication during this time despite phone calls. Secondhand information on the refusal came via Energylinx. Our business has been trading for years with no credit issues. Avoid this company.

This is the first time I have written a review of a supplier online as I believe in giving them a chance to fix any issues, but it's pointless with Niccolo. The bottom line? Shockingly uncaring and inept service and the WORST energy supplier we have ever dealt with. Our small business signed on with Niccolo for gas in 2019 and after six months we stopped receiving bills although they continued to take direct debits. Although we raised that, they never managed to fix their systems and to the end bills rarely came but money was taken from our account. Then, in late 2021 when we ceased trading and left our premises, we provided them with all requested documentation within three days, and THREE MONTHS LATER we have not been given a final bill nor have we been given the large credit refund we are due. Initially, they promised us it would be done in a week, then two weeks, then they started saying a bit longer because a company called CNG had gone bankrupt (it turns out Niccolo are just a front man who takes a cut). Eventually, they just kind of stopped helping, replying or providing any support at all in terms of getting a final bill, making a claim or getting our money back. They have been almost impossible to get hold of (they routinely don't answer their phone or reply to emails or voice messages), and when reached they have continually given false and misleading assurances, and done nothing. And this has been THREE MONTHS! Yesterday, the icing on the cake was to be told that they have hundreds of customers who have been wiped out like us because of their issues with CNG, and that they can only help some of those and that we didnt qualify for their help. They just leave you to your own Ive had to deal with multiple companies on their back-end including CNG, Pozitive and a bankruptcy administrator called Interpath to try to get our money back, all with NO help from Niccolo, who don't seem to feel any accountability or any ethical responsibility. They really just don't care about their customers at all. If they reply to this email saying they've helped, don't believe it. They are a total mess.
