EDIT: The restaurant owner personally apologised for the incident and refunded the entire amount. It was a really considerate gesture that truly showed he genuinely cared for the customers. Really disappointed with the experience. Ordered food to be delivered and the time shown was 14.05pm but even after an hour no one picked up the call and I had no idea when the food would be delivered. Finally after two hours and 30 min someone from the restaurant called and asked for my delivery address which I had already specified while placing the delivery. The food was delivered more than 3 hrs after placing the order. The food was cold and items were missing and the portion was too little for the amount of money taken. Absolutely disappointed with the experience. More than everything what annoyed me the most was they tried to shift the blame of getting delayed on me by saying the address was not provided which is absolutely not true.
