Crolla's Gelateria Leith

This is the scariest establishment in Edinburgh! I ordered coffee and lemon meringue here on May 1, 2023. The coffee was served in a paper cup, although other people were drinking from cups, besides that, it was not tasty. But the worst thing was next... I was served a cake that was as dry as a piece of plastic, I couldn't even pierce it with a fork. When I asked the staff what's wrong with it, why is it like that, maybe it's not fresh? In response, they took a plate with a cake from me and shoved it into the microwave, probably to make it fresh. And the most interesting thing began, the girl takes out my dessert from the microwave and begins to dip her index finger with a long nail into the cream of my cake. (The staff works without gloves) When I saw it - I was shocked. I informed them that I will not eat it! The staff was very surprised, it seemed strange to them, they ask: Why don't you want to eat the dessert? Like they just didn't poke it with their finger. If you don't want to, then ok! added the girl at the end I never got my money back, there was no other offers to settle this unpleasant situation! I think this is the worst service I have ever seen.
