My door has been kicked it because the neighbours have set their caravan on fire and the police just had to make sure were okay but now prospect are refusing to fix the door with big holes in it when I am disabled and still dont even send anyone out. They put a pit wood across it and think thats good enough I cant even shut it from outside this is outrageous!!!! Edit: If you complain they say you are threatening them which I never did and they refused to tell me what was threatening.

Prospect refuses to fix my door after the local police and fire department broke it down after a fire. There are two big holes in the door leaving our home freezing. My mum is disabled and cant leave the house on her own but at least one person has to stay home to make sure our home is safe. How are we supposed to go to the shop or take our dogs for a walk.

I am disabled and the house I am living in is falling apart and prospect refuse to fix anything and except you to do it all your self also the door has been kicked in prospect didnt tho they did this (see photo) they dont care it is winter there are huge holes in our door they refused to fix and expect someone to stay in at all times to shut the door. And Dawn the housing officer is completely unapproachable think she never answers any questions and just expects us to get on with it. Dawn should not be working there
