Horrible company shambles I'm looking for to move

I have lived in blackwood housing and have had to fight to get repair. I have had a formal complaint with them regarding discrimination and getting repairs done since April. Had the MP and councillors involved and still no response. I have mould on in the bathroom and the kitchen is falling apartand the front door has a gap big enoughto see daylight. They give favouritism to certain people and ignore other. Still the same the gifted few get everything while tenants that have been paying full rent while those who withhold payment get everything done. If i could give zero or minus stars i would.further to your reply I was told that a letter was sent out to all tenants in July offering help which was never sent out to me until November 4 months after other tenants. I have since then requested an OT visit which I would have received earlier if I received the letter the same time as other tenants you really need to ge all the facts and not pick bits you wish to make you sound good. I have been fighting for fair treatment form you including have to contact the ombudsman, the local MP to get a leaking front door replaced. I have once again been left waiting I received a phone call I stated the works that I have requested bubbling work surfaces woren bathroom floors coming away from the wall behind the toilet. I was told that she would be in contact with me. over a week later I am still await the call back. Once again it's new tenants first
