Most staff are patronising and rude - the decent staff have resigned from viewpoint
My friend's mother was treated very poorly so left and went to a Trust Housing accommodation where she is happier, healthier and treated with respect and kindness unlike her experiences at viewpoint
I thank God that I'm leaving soon as it's been an ordeal I'd rather nobody else ever has to suffer
Joy in Later Years logo is a bad joke
