Bield Housing & Care

In sheltered complex, and bit disappointed that I can't get Bield to fix my heating and flow of hot water dispite me paying the it with the rent, the internal stairs are freezing, windows drafty and now I have dampness under my sink that's stinking and knocking me ill that I don't want to eat because the smell. My windows and front door are drafty and has been reported but nothing done. My heater has 2 spurs to it and only 1 belongs to Bield and I never knew and I have ended up with 93 bill for my electric for 14 days because of it and my bathroom heater isn't included in the heating charge either. I emailed Bield and it was being passed on to the area manager last week and I haven't had any reply whatsoever. An emergency repair request was put in 1 week ago by a response workman and I haven't had any reply yet , and that's an emergency electrical problem. It's disappointing to me as I need to stay in this area and I have very bad health and the stress is having an adverse effect on me. Also I have spent money decorating and getting the flat nice but I might end up moving out again.

No blue bins no recycling bis no access to any bin so when we have any boxes we have no place to put them. I spoke to Chris Trainer about this and her reply was when family come to visit get them to tear it up or cut it up with scissors. This is unacceptable I'm not asking my family to cut up boxes they shouldn't have to bield should supply proper bins but Chris said no she wouldn't be supplying anything. Bield are a joke big rent for tiny rooms and no recycling bins at all so no I would not recommend Bield to anyone VERY ANNOYED tennent
