        My oven was cleaned to a good standard, however I chose Oven Wizards over their competitors because their website states that changing bulbs is included: "We can also replace oven bulbs and cooker hood filters, ensuring a full service for complete customer satisfaction. Prices are fully inclusive with no hidden extras." They then wanted to charge me an extra 5 despite their website stating that a single oven costs 50 to clean with no mention of extras. This is misleading for potential customers. When I brought this to their attention, they still didn't off to replace the bulb, hence the review.
