Canon Court has just cancelled our booking, a week before we were due to travel (we booked three months ahead). Our apartments was given to a corporate client. The offered voucher was no use for a replacement accommodation which had to be arranged with a different company as we could not change the dates of our holiday. Not professional or reliable company, will not be using them again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ON ANY WEBSITE!!! Will cancel last minute and leave you in the mud to just give out absolute soiled pants excuses to why. Refund process is seaming to be a complete joke so if the funds are not in on said date trading standards will be involved. We are supposed to be traveling the length of the UK from the depth of Devon to Edinburgh for a long weekend over Easter and it has been ruined after being booked for months! No care as to the impact this now has with all the other accommodation being at sky high rates due to it being a late booking. After reading the reviews on other sites we are not the first and will not be the last. This circus of a firm need removing from all websites that you can book a room on the scamming rodents.

I use that card daily without any problem and the next day I called my bank who confirmed that it was working fine. As I read in other reviews, it is not the first time they have done it. Therefore I strongly advise against booking at this hotel, they are not reliable and can leave you stranded on the street a little before your trip. I have been traveling for many years and this has never happened to me. I guess they have managed to get someone to pay a higher price for the reservation that they canceled for me.
