Other then giving me the wrong room I booked. Only realised this after booking out. The service was excellent and the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. The area of the hotel is beautiful and the hotel itself was nice! Lovely front garden and the room was good too! The bathroom was immaculate, with great shower pressure and natural light throughout the whole room. Bedroom was comfortable, only complaint is that the pillows may have been more comfortable as they were very flat and it was like your head was on the mattress at times.... chairs and carpet could do with a deep clean. Other then that it was overall a pleasant

When we arrived having a booking the room had not been cleaned. After leaving luggage in our room the carpet was still dirty. Only two flat pillows after asking for more pillows we only received one extra instead of two. After being out for a whole day the room was never been touched or cleaned and no soaps or clean towels. The breakfast was very very poor only cereal. No one there to help or answer questions. Just a young girl that didn't understand English. Very poor service don't stay here.
