        Plenty or room for parking. Located on main road so easy to find. Not far from central edinburgh. Place is abit outdated. Bed was nice and comfortable. Nice and quiet location. Radiators have paint peeling off them. Carpet is old. TV is so tiny you have to squint to see anything. Room was cold on arrival. Bathroom was tiny. WORST OF ALL THEY TURNED OFF THE HOT WATER AT 9AM. Heating was still working. For breakfast they seemed to run out of bread and eggs. Chinese lady in the kitchen speaks very little english. For a last minute booking this is all we could find. Had a nice day out in Edinburgh. This b&b is good for an overnight stay. Don't expect any luxury.
