We were in room 5 - first floor on the main road. The windows are quite thin, so it can seem quite noisy, particularly as the road is busy. However, it gets quiet enough at night.
Beds are quite tired, you can get comfortable, but arent the best.
Id recommend bus from city centre, of which there are tonnes - like one every 5 mins or so.
During our stay there was no sign of staff (we were there two nights). Not a problem for us - in fact it was quite novel. However, Im not sure what wed have done if we needed assistance.
Id book again, but I would perhaps make a request to have one of the rooms not adjacent to the road.
