Good value for money option in an excellent location in Edinburgh. Ill never be a big fan of the chipboard design work (?) but hey - we wanted a room for a couple of nights without breaking the bank and we got it. We had no problem, booking or accessing. We slept well, comfortable and quiet. We had a minor technical hitch with the TV and it was responded to and dealt with brilliantly. Step out and you have good/excellent food and drink options in every direction and its a short and pleasant walk into the centre and old town. Better still its downhill on the way back after a tough night tasting beautiful whisky. Wouldnt hesitate to rebook.
