        Very poor condition and a clear lack of experience in running a B&B. Not clean, bathroom shocking, missing grout on the bathroom floor, rust on towel radiator, dust on top of pictures and light shades, the breakfast was small cheap pancakes with a couple of slices of bacon, the ouside around the carpark is filthy, old pallets and an old sofa that have clearly been there for a while. The good reviews have either been fake or written by idiots. I have loads of pictures of everything I have said and more from other parts of the place. It is a shame, it would be a fantastic place if decorated, maintained properly and run by someone who knows what they are doing. The two girls serving in the morning were very polite, but lacked experience. Noteworthy details: Avoid.
