        Me and my partner stopped hear for the Edinburgh Christmas Market room wasn't the best for the price we payed location is terrible and on arrival there was alot of road works that we weren't known about and nothing put on there website or been informed about when booking that made it a nightmare to get into hotel. Then i received a parking fine that we had to pay for parking I did notice a meter but when asked the question the hostess couldn't understand or speak very good English and my registration was taken so me thinking that was the end of it well it wasn't taken 4 attempts to try get the fine sorted out with the hotel became to be too late and moved further to a debting agency to the cost of 170 the hotel wouldn't take part fault and I had to pay it Evan tho I explained in emails the situation so if you reading this make sure THE PARKING IS PAYED FOR EVAN THO PAYING THE REGION OF 200 FOR A ROOM SHOULD BE FREE FOR GUESTS. The won't help you I will.never stop at this hotel again and I hope others follow Cheaper and better hotels to stop in.
