        Wonderful visit again! Owner is kind, clean and efficient! Location cant be beat! Perfect spot to stay in Edinburgh. Breakfast is quiet, lovely and quiet tasty. Rooms are the cleanest Ive had in Europe, hands down. Bathrooms are not matchstick sized like most are and rooms are quite spacious. Most hotels have teeny rooms, but I didnt feel cramped at all either visit. Will visit again if we get back to Edinburgh!
