They have great difficulty in understanding that pavements are for pedestrians and are not a parking area for their vehicles.

In Summer 2015, on recommendation, we contracted TBC to undertake building and renovation work on our property whilst we were abroad. We trusted TBC with our home and life savings and we feel really disappointed with the quality of the work and treatment that we have received. We recognise that we made a mistake in not employing an intermediary to supervise the work detail and quality of the workmanship (our friends did). We felt pressurised to pay for a job that was not complete and has not yet passed building control. Despite promises from TBC of photos and necessary paperwork none of our attempts at communication have been responded to since we paid. In our experience TBCs claims we are not like other builders who promise the earth but deliver disappointment could not be further from the truth.
