Ordered from here quite a lot and have always found the food to be great value and very tasty. The reason for the one star is the treatment my wife received from the staff. I picked up an order made over the phone only to find when I got home they hadnt included the burgers. Called them and was told to come back in and they would give us our burgers for free (we had already paid for them). My wife was then met with a manager that told her she could either have the burgers or a refund, this was their company policy. Its not the money as I said this place is reasonably priced but its the fact they made an error in the order and instead of owning it and keeping a regular customer happy, they chose terrible customer service and an awful attitude. Wont be back.

BRGR make good burgers, there is certainly no disputing that. I've found the sides are also good, but can be hit and miss. The hoi sin chicken pieces we had recently were really tasty with plenty of sauce. The chips were fine, one portion with cheese and the other with curry sauce, nothing spectacular but also nothing amiss. Its a bit pricey for what it is, but no worse than any other gentrified burger place around town.
