I booked an appointment for 35 minutes of hair cut and restyling service (32). I arrived 15 minutes earlier and was welcomed by a friendly girl. She put me on a gown and get me ready for my haircut. The whole haircut lasted 25 minutes and I was charged 32. Frankly speaking, Jan Liu worked really hard. So i paid 35 in total despite the fact that she only provided standard haircut service (25 minutes one). She said that my hair has not been cut for more than two months. And suggested wash cut and blow etc. No 1: customer should have the right to choose service. In my personal experience, what is the point to get your hair blow dry if youre going to take a shower after a haircut? No 2, you shouldnt say that you are lucky to finish your job; you should say that you shrink my 35 minutes service to 25 minutes. Please refer to the photos and see the results.
