        Wife when for hair cut staff helpful and friendly Allen was very good with my wife as she is disabled we would recommend this place to everyone

        Booked in for a trim (30 minute slot), which takes about 15 minutes in other places. Im 8.5 months pregnant, can barely walk with SPD and would have been 5 minutes late (the traffic was back to back on a 45 minute journey). They rang and told me they cant take me, just as I was about to go in, and for some unknown reason the stylist explained that she is pregnant with morning sickness. They were happy to take my prepayment. They preceded to be rude and unempathetic and when I literally begged them, the stylist hung up. They will probably reply to this review with an overly defensive reply, as it seems to be their standard response to criticism.
