I was booked in on Tuesday, they called me that afternoon to re-arrange my appointment, I chose to re-arrange for Thursday which they confirmed they had availability. When Thursday came around, I walked past the salon, there was no lights on and it looked shut. I got home to text / call them to confirm my appointment, they then called me 5 minutes before my appointment to say the salon was closed that week, and that it was better they refund my pre-paid appointment. I didnt get any apology, I got no explanation and the women on the other end did not care at all and showed no concern or empathy. It was very frustrating and upsetting to be messed around like that, as they gave me no chance to re-arrange my appointment with another salon ahead of my event that weekend. This was not great customer service at all, especially as a first time customer. Service: Hairstyling

Booked an appointment online - arrived to the doors locked and no one in the salon!! Single candle still lit inside (not exactly great fire safety).
