Suzanna was nice until I pointed out some problems with the haircut she gave me. Including how parts of the layers she cut didnt feel integrated with the rest of the hair. After which she was only defensive and explained that the layers were integrated if I stared at my hair straight on in the mirror, ignoring the fact that people can see the side of my head and that hair doesnt always stay in the same place. Absolutely no solutions to try to rectify the situation or seemed to genuinely care how I felt. She cut my hair way too short and the haircut is over all not what I wanted, as it looks bulky and flat. however the biggest problem is the fact that she didnt listen to my concerns despite my audible trepidation and worries. Would not recommend coming here if you want a hairdresser to listen to you and not only defend herself.
