        Waited for my mum while she had a bob cut and styled, long appointment for me to wait but Bruce made me feel more than welcome, letting me chose music, offering me a range of drinks, chocolate snacks and provided very friendly chat while constantly checking in on me while I waited. Overall great customer experience even though it wasn't even my appointment!! DEFINITELY recommend to anyone x
