I normally avoid reviews but my experience here was very disappointing. First, I was cancelled last minute, then rescheduled. I accepted as I thought reviews were great here. Kerry did my balayage, I asked for a sunkissed naturalbalayage, unfortunately she proceeded with a technique that coloured the majority of my hair without any explanation of it. I did not expect this (since my last colourist did not do this). I then asked about it because got worried and I was told it was a technique they do on darker hair, which resulted my hair changing drastically when I only wanted my hair to look a little lighter. The result that day was my hair looking more to the orange side not sunkissed. I dont suit this colour unfortunately and my hair now after a month is also damaged because feels dry and brittle. Paying over 200 and now having to pay more on products to repair it should have not been the result of one visit to get a balayage in a place with great reviews. Service: Balayage

I was on holiday in Edinburgh for 2 days and just walked in without an appointment, but my request was promptly accommodated. Lovely and welcoming staff, very helpful, experienced and professional.
