        I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment with Natalie. Im always nervous at hairdressers but Natalie was honest and gave the best advice from start to finish. She is a highly educated stylist and worth it. My hair looks so much better and Ive booked in again for 3 months time (rare for me as I normally sin and only my hair cut annually ) Also shout out to Gemma who washed my hair , she was down to earth and chatty and made the visit relaxed. Service: Hairstyling

        Popped in for a consultation with a view to making this highly rated salon my go to. Left after ten minutes with no hair history taken, no strand test, and an attempt to sell me a colour patch test before Id even told you what was on my hair.

        Cancelled on the morning due to staff having covid (fair enough) but suspicious I could still go and pay full amount for qualified hairdresser not model cut... Couldn't rearrange before Christmas. Obviously booked this for Christmas. Booked a dog walker and took half a day off work for the appointment. Won't be able to get my hair done now as everything fully booked and can't afford full prices :(
