        First time I walked into Cast Iron I immediately felt a 10% increase in chest volume, just from the atmosphere. In all seriousness, great gym with good people, and Marc the owner is a very friendly guy, and wears his dedication to lifting and community on his sleeve. Highly recommend

        Excellent facility with a great community aspect. Top spec equipment all around for powerlifting, weightlifting and strength and conditioning. It is one of the best kitted gyms around in terms of quality. Marc the owner is also a great guy and top coach. 5/5 would recommend.
