The best gym Ive ever joined!! Run by such a dedicated bunch that really go the extra mile for their members. The attention to detail in their programme planning and how the gym runs is second to none, would recommend to anyone whether theyre experienced or totally new to fitness.

Im so happy that I found this gym. Having been to commercial gyms for a couple of years with a programme only PT, I found that I was getting pretty bored of just going through the motions of going to the gym alone. Now I can honestly say that a) the gym is never boring and b) I always look forward to it and never feel like Im dragging myself out of bed to go. The small group PT sessions are great for building strength and getting properly coached on what to do. Each one Ive been to has been different so it doesnt get boring. There is also a huge amount of classes and definitely something to fit everyones schedule and interests, be that building strength or pure cardio. On top of that the coaches and members are all incredibly friendly and there is a genuine community feel. Could not recommend more!
