        Great location in a quiet road with on street parking available nearby. Easy walking distance to Leith Walk for restaurants, bars, coffee and shops and about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Aside from the lady who gave me the key at check-in I never saw any staff. The room itself was somewhat "tired" and in need of a refurbishment. The bed was comfortable enough with clean bedding and the room was warm during a very cold weather period. The WiFi worked very well. There was some mould in the bathroom and the flooring and decor a bit shabby. The shower was quite a tight fit but with an excellent pressure. There was always plenty of hot water and the towels were good. There was a kettle, tea, coffee and milk as well as a hairdryer in the bedroom. The room was reasonable value for money. I would stay again.
