Dealing with one on York st Glasgow but presume same thing. Cant communicate with them. Leaving me in an insecure house for up to 9 weeks before they can send an inspector out to look at the problem to collect evidence for the trial, by that time the agency clear up time will have been in and fixed it. Wont accept online evidence, wont accept DVD evidence unless you supply your own DVD player at trial, can't tell me if DVD evidence has ever been successfully submitted to a tribunal trial in Scotland. Unhelpful and not fit for purpose. They tell me they can make the landlord (as i am in a private tenancy) comply with the lease but they are not there to seek justice, as you would presume a court system is there for, only to make the landlord comply with what he should have complied with in the 1st place in terms with the lease. The building has been like this for the 4.5 years, as long as Ive been here, although I just found out the issue. This is the tip of the iceberg regarding my concerns but lets leave it at that for now. All in all it would be a bad joke if their disinterest in any form of justice wasn't endangering people and I imagine worse.
