Poor customer service and general attitude from staff at American Golf the Braids. On two separate occasions the staff here have been less than welcoming when Ive visited the store for the club fitting service. I thought the first time was a one off but there seems to be a certain attitude towards amateur customers. I was fitted for irons a couple of years ago and more recently my dad went to be fitted. On both occasions they were cold and uninterested. I thought golf was supposed to be for everyone. Really uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

American golf has severely went down hill customer service poor bought a motocaddy Pro line which developed a fault returned to the store with it to get it replaced. They did not have the bag in stock in the shop or online. Told go and pick another bag from stock on the selves, great I thought until I had a look at what was on the selves golf bags I've never seen on any course absolute garbage. Returned to the customer desk and said sorry there's nothing suitable can you refund my card ,sorry can't do that you'll have to get a gift card to spend online or in store . That's great but the store is full of golf gear that is just total garbage that I never see anyone with on the course.bottom line AVIOD at all costs .
