I ordered a personalised birthday card and a silver plated chain for my wife's birthday and this is how it arrived. When I bought it to the company's attention, the response was it was is only silver plated so of course it will tarnish when it gets wet!! Perhaps they should be more careful with their storage as it must have got wet before they dispatched it. A poorly produced card which was folded out of square and a chain that is absolute rubbish. All for the princely sum of 13.50. Beware

Ordered a personalised compass for my husband for our 10th wedding anniversary. I did not receive the order within the stated timeframe and my email via Etsy was not responded to so I found a phone number for the store online. As the order was already late I requested that it be sent special delivery tonight so it would arrive tomorrow which I didn't feel was an unreasonable request. Unfortunately the shop refused so I had no choice but to cancel my order with them leaving me no time to look for another sentimental gift for our anniversary tomorrow.

I ordered the personalised train set as a first bday present. Placing the order was easy and the package arrived well before the stated date. The train set is beautiful. I had a small issue with one of the pieces but the seller resolved the issue withing a few hours and sent a replacement piece withing 2 days. Would definitely recommend this seller for their 5 star customer service and the beautiful product.
