Would really like to give a good review since I purchased from them many times before and had pretty good experience, but today was just a mess - First I got completely ignored, the staff at the counter looked straight through me like I didnt exist and helped the taller person in the queue right behind me (well, shorties do tend to get ignored) first. Then when I asked for the item, he grabbed the box straight off from the display and asked if it looks alright, I didnt pay much attention as I just wanted whats inside the box and said yes. And when I got home to take the swords out of the box, thats when I saw that the inside if the box was all moldy. I know its a tourist spot, but seriously, some basic manner and attention really shouldnt be that hard for a small shop. Pretty disappointed by todays visit as they do carry some pretty cool stuff.
