The Marshmallow Lady

Unique shop to visit near water of Leith route and botanical garden. Marshmallow lady offers the good quality of hot chocolate served with burnt marshmallow. You can grab marshmallow for takeaway too There are many flavours you can try there. The owner recommend blood orange but the stellar is the chocolate marshmallow. Its a wow factor for me. The hot chocolate is not too sweet. I think its in the middle of creamy and watery spectrum which I am satisfied. the portion of large size can be good to share as well. The prices can be little pricey but its worth visiting this niche shop for marshmallow dreamer.

One of the fluffiest and unique flavored marshmallows that I've tasted. The chocolate mousse marshmallow with cocoa powder coating was the best! Had a large hot chocolate - made with actual chocolate discs. Bitter and just mildly sweet which balanced the sweetness of the marshmallows. Personally prefer slightly more thicker hot chocolate. Marshmallow was well toasted though should have only went for 1 as 2 was just too sweet. 7 for large hot chocolate with 2 marshmallow
