Can't say anything about the product as it never even showed up. Ordered a Sgian Dubh 2 weeks before a wedding, and paid 4 for royal mail delivery of 3-5 days. The order advised that I'd receive an email when it was dispatched, which I expected to be pretty much right away, or next day, with delivery then even at 5 days being in time for the wedding. After a week I hadn't heard anything at all, so I reached out and was told that they actually take 3-5 days to dispatch... And another 3-5 for delivery. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the order. Another week passed and I had accepted that it wouldn't be there in time, but I didn't cancel the order as I can use it in future. 2 days after the wedding, I was emailed with a cancellation from Heritage to tell me that the item was now out of stock and they could not fulfil the order. I have no idea whether this is because it took so long to dispatch it and someone bought it in person, or they never had it at all and it took a fortnight to realise, or something else entirely, but whatever it was it was really terrible customer service and just ah absolutely useless ordering/dispatch process. I would absolutely avoid this company in future and would encourage anyone who wants to receive an order at all - let alone quickly - do so as well.

Ordered a few souvenirs, had to wait a week to find out it is out of stock (it let me buy them online tho), not going to buy from this place ever again
