A customer for 1 day and regret switching over. Customer care a joke British Gas so why is your call centre in South Africa? Got cut off for apparently being rude and disrespectful because I used the word Nonsense I have to wait until I have 2 in my metre before a engineer can be called out because my metres aint compatible with there system so I cant top up I explained I have medical equipment in my home and they dont care worst customer care ever. British Gas you should be ashamed
