Gail and the team at Barclays Corstorphine were great from our first meeting to when I picked up my late aunt's ashes. They treated our family bereavement with the full respect you would expect from a funeral director. Nothing was too much trouble they were there to assist and ease us through the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

From my first enquiry I was greeted in a pleasant manner. I had never arranged a funeral before but Lauren kept me right and guided me through the process step by step and was attentive and caring throughout and also listened to me which really helped.

I found that Barclays supported me well at a very difficult time and Donald was always ar the end of the phone to answer any questions. I was also assisted at the funeral itself with assistance with my wheelchair bound husband.
