That's the most dirty workplace I ever seen. Wheat beetle Is everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. Floor, under the floor, walls, falling from ceiling, inside machinery (oh yeah), including silos - a black lakes of beetles. Remember that when You eat bakery or favorite cookies from one of the biggest UK shops - they supliy flour to this companies. And cherry on top - all this is responsibility one man, working there for 35 years, as he loved to mention to any new employee.
