Spent 40 on flowers for mothers day , dead within 4 days. Rang shop owner to express dissatisfaction and ask for a refund. She was not interested in the slightest and put the phone down. She was happy to take my cash and spend it, but delivered rubbish flowers made much worse by seriously poor after sales service. I am looking to take civil action to get my money back * * N O T R E C O M M E N D E D * *
