The attention to detail was exceptional and the team were punctual, professional and very confident in their work. The end of the job, coincided with 'lockdown' and again their professionalism shone through, they worked diligently to finish the job the job safely. Stephen Loy has been the most responsive builder we've worked with during the quotation process for a loft conversion. Stephen was quick to respond & arrange a visit to discuss the project. He looked over the project in great detail & made great suggestions for the loft conversion. We just completed a total house renovation which was a massive job and Stephen Loy and his crew of excellent workers did a fantastic job. What a great Company and Stephen went above and beyond and we could not be happier. The project was a huge undertaking and we were able to do it while living and working overseas in America. We never felt like we were not on site though as Stephen kept us involved in the project every step of the way. Stephen was dedicated and committed and very hard working. We really recommend Stephen Loy and should we ever do another building project we will definitely use Stephen again. The project was on budget and on time which was a huge plus. Paula and Will

Renovated a kitchen and hallway cupboard and did a great job. Quality finish, polite and friendly tradesmen and very flexible. Would use again for any future renovation work.

Im not one for writing reviews but felt on this occasion I had to. After having a lot of damage from a burst pipe I contacted my insurance company. I was told to get quotes from a couple of builders. I got 3 quotes but I have to say the professionalism shown by Steven Loy builders outshone the other two. His attention to detail was 2nd to none. Steven helped me deal with the insurance company. I originally gotoffer from the insurers but with the help of Stevens experience we successfully got a cash settlement of more than 25% the original offer. If you are having hassle with your insurance company then Id definitely recommend getting in touch with Steven, I guarantee you wont be disappointed!
