I have received excellent customer service from Linday Keenan and her colleagues at Charles Stanley Direct. The platform has some very clear and easy to use features for tracking technical data on each separate holding and at a glance daily changes of holdings en mass which I find useful.

Could customer service be dropping as it's 3 times now that I feel like I was treated like a idiot, just because I was questioning what was sent out to me and yes I did say sorry that I don't understand and sorry if I was wasting your time before even asking the question Seriously thinking of transferring all my holdings to another company.

I have my ISA and SIPP at Charles Stanley Direct. Charges are fair and the customer service is excellent. I did a fair bit of research into the different investment platforms - each have their own pros and cons but I'm really glad I went with them. Would recommend.
