Keir and the team at Erskine Financial are honestly the most friendliest, professional and genuine people we have met, at every turn they put our minds at ease and whenever even the slightest question came up, we were pointed in the right direction. Honestly so many worries lifted off our chest and sorted by them. Guys, we couldn't thank you enough for helping us get on the property ladder when it otherwise seemed hopeless so you've made a dream a reality. For anyone reading and wanting to make sure they're the right people to go with, me and my partner are first time buyers and didn't know the first thing to do for buying a house, we were referred here and everything was explained to us, sorted out for us and step by step was guided through the entire process from just figuring out where our savings goals and how much money we needed right up to a couple days before moving in and helping with setting up utilities. They did it all for us and I couldn't thank them enough. Thank you all.

I was recommended Erskin from a friend who used them. I had been wandering along the round of endless darkness of trying to purchase a house. However Keir came along took my hand and showed me the light. Literally took all the stress away from purchasing. He couldnt have been any more helpful. First class service!! They even gave me a lovely move in card and present once I was all settled. I now recommend the team to everyone!!!

We had been looking to buy a house in the Aviemore area for some time and we immediately came to Erskine for financial help. Keir and Scott helped us through every offer and eventual purchase of a house. We were also assisted and advised throughout the wait for the mortgage approval and talked through the purchase of the necessary insurances. I can't recommend the team enough. They made an exceptionally stressful time a lot less stressful!
