The Embroidery Shop

Discovered The Embroidery Shop during lockdown, when I was looking for a local supplier to help me print and produce my [gawr-juhs] art t-shirts. Michelle and Nicky were happy to meet, and explaining all the different printing techniques that were available to me. Since 2021 they have printed numerous t-shirts for me, with a variety of my designs. Nothing is ever a problem. They're always happy to pass on their garment knowledge and make suggestions, which ensures the end result matches customer expectations. Its great to see that they're so busy, when I swing into the shop to collect my orders. But that doesn't stop them taking 5 minutes out of their busy schedule in order to have a chat. My husband collected an embroidered Highland coo , our granddaughter will be over the moon on Christmas day. Super service, extremely welcoming and superb quality. Very highly recommended.

If there was an option to give more than 5 stars then I would. I went to them, last minute, for 15 t-shirts with our own artwork and they managed to turn them around in the short time we had. The main thing was the excellent communication and updates (from Michelle) which meant we had confidence that everything was being done to meet our timeline. They made it clear when they needed decisions by so everything would be done. And the end product was great. Exactly what we needed and to the quality we wanted. Thank you.
