The electrics in my kitchen and to the wifi had gone off. I checked the fuse panel and couldn't see anything had flipped. I called DC and he was very apologetic saying he couldn't come over but to send him some photos of the fuse panel and he would take a look. 5min later he called back to say it was the RCD fuse that had flipped (I'd just been looking at the individual area switches which were fine). So I was able to flip it up and all sorted. Fantastic service - there was no need at all for him to be so helpful as I think most would have just hung up on me or charged me whatever for a visit. When I have a 'real' problem I defo give them a call again! Service: General repairs

DC Electrical carried out a full re-wire of an old house Id newly purchased. Id never booked a re-wire before and I had no idea they were such big jobs. Darryl guided me through the whole process with great patience, no question was too small for him to discuss. I was really happy with the planning and preparation assistance and advice. The job was done on time and exactly to my specification. Attention to detail was great, with everything done very neatly, even wiring under floorboards and in the attic. They even went the extra mile and removed old carpets and waste from the property that was nothing to do with the re-wire, saving me a job. Darryl met me afterwards at my house to walk through all the work and answer any questions, which felt like great customer service. Some snags that I found were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend. Really good quality service and great communication throughout. They take time to explain things to you and are very flexible with the arrangements. We appreciated the effort to fit us in just after the Christmas period prior to other works. Darryl went out of his way to make this happen and Scott executed the job to an excellent standard.
