Leith Mount Surgery

ONLY two stars just because 1-2 doctors are good, the appointment system is terrible, we have to call sharp 08:00 for appointment the line is always busy and when is your turn the appointments are all gone and asking you to call the next day. Very disappointed and sad.

Receptionist make this surgery an unpleasant visit. They are rude, no patience at all, and lack customer service skills.

This practice has ruined my life. It was great when I started there many years ago, but too many traumatic experiences have made it a nightmare.

Worst clinic ever, dont choose this clinic please. It is two years Ive made this decision and I never never had an appointment with doctor. For any serious and minor situation they are unavailable, in two years the reply is always the same they dont have any appointments available from now to two weeks or never, I dont know what they are trying to do. Also I had a serious problem and they refuse me to give me a test telling me to go to the charmers and they neither know that the charmers is not more in operation. Dont do it!

The best mental health nurse I have come across, she is so lovely and understanding. Had issues with the mental health nurse at my last doctor's that almost put me off going to any doctor's for mental health but i'm so glad i tried again.
