Phoned yesterday at 8:20 and waited 50 minutes just to be informed that there is no appointments left, and that I should call next day at 8:00. So today exactly at 8:00 I phoned and waited 42 minutes just to get the same outcome as yesterday. Maybe doctors are great here but its hard to see any!

Impossible to get an appointment. Doctors are amazing, receptionist could be more nicer to patients. More caring they should be, less cheeky. It will be nice on going back to emergency clinic in morning. This new method is so difficult, hard to get an appointment, and then when you get you turn, no appointments left. Quite distressful for us patients. This method isn't good. But few doctors are amazing as I stated. Wish it would be like before.

Refused by reception to get an appointment. Asked to call again next day. Not concerned about the health problems i have at all. The receptionist decided to hang up on me after taking my date of birth. So careless it even felt she was laughing after hang up. Refused to give her name and last name.

Called at 8:02am and was number 57 in the queue. No way am I listening to that annoying message for an hour (average call time 1minute so that would be 57 minutes) so I hung up and called again at 8:15am This time I was 41 in the queue so hung up again. Tried again at 8:45 and was 12 in the queue so decided to stay online. Call answered at 9:01am and Im told there are no appointments and theyve been full since 8:30am. I explained everything Ive said above and the receptionist said it shows youve only been on hold for 14minutes so you wont get an appointment. Effectively, stay on hold for an hour and youll get an appointment. Dare to call back a bit later and youll be penalised. Also, why have people on hold for an extra half an hour when you know youre fully booked? Ive been thinking of changing surgery for a while, particularly because friend who used to be at this surgery told me about nurses not washing hands or sanitising areas for needles etc, but Ive persevered as I like the actual doctors once you manage to her through (which is the one star). The doctors here are severely let down by their reception/booking system. I only hope I can get a place at another surgery soon.

Excellent service from this surgery in a desperate situation. I couldnt fault any aspect of my consultation. Going forward I have been encouraged to get in touch if my symptoms worsen, I am confident with the attention to detail supplied I will be better soon.
