unable to get an appointment. You're told to call at 8am but no one answers, then when you do get through you're told no appointments and call the next day at 8am. This has been going on for a week now. It is January and people are getting ill, I understand that. Bit of a pointless surgery if you can never see anyone when you're sick.

I'm really impressed by extra step they did. I request prescription on 21/12 but had no chance to pick it up. Now they closed as it's Sunday and will be closed for few days because of Christmas, so they think forward dropped my prescription to the pharmacy next to them just in case. Brilliant thanks

Compare to my 2 precious practice this one is fantastic. Of course booking system is a nightmare (where is not this days). Sometimes communication can be an issue. When it came to more serious problems all doctors were professional and didnt ignore anyone from my family, they were helpful and we were referred to the specialists. Always even in the mid of pandemic we had a Apointment offered face to face if needed (plus many phone appointments if too). Receptionists are amazing. Nice, polite and patience..just talk to them and dont treat them as your enemy, their job is really difficult this days. Some people mentioned they are racists and I have experience with this kind of treatment from another places but not in this one. Some aspects need improvement but generally this is good medical centre

This pratice is a nightmare and so far difficult to deal with! To have an appointment you have to be lucky or to have a Good Angel in Heaven. The doctors are quite racist, always I was asking to have an interpreter and always I was denied. The worst doctor that I have seen in my life, Buchan, is absolutely a person that should change her job, does not have any common sense of duty and compasion for a patient and spoke arrogantly with me. I already complained about her, and I will keep doing. How is it possible that after so many complaints, she did not changed her behabiors?
