        My mechanic ordered parts and they finally arrived after 14 days despite being in stock! We were initially told they would be delivered after 5 days and they didn't arrive. We were promised on 2 occasions it had been sorted and once told they'd been dispatched again f.o.c. only to call back several days later to hear they hadn't been. Terrible service, which is a shame because otherwise they seem like a good company with great kit. Sort out the problems in communication and you've got an amazing company!
