Male receptionist made a mistake with the gentleman I supports appointment date. Called to say we'd missed a phantom appointment and told we'd have to wait another two months due to a mistake they had made but still refuse to admit. Terrible service, a disabled man is going without dental care due to your admin errors. General attitutde of reception staff has been almost comical.

After getting an appointment through I phoned and found out it was an error with there computer, as you can see today's date is 05/07 2022 because I missed a appointment in March 2021 according to this special computer I missed an appointment when the whole of us were in lockdown and dentist couldn't give anyone treatment. But no this was an sedation appointment when they can't do that because of lock downs. I paid in advance for treatment here and have now been referred back to my normal dentist so they are due me money. The receptionist lee/leigh complete waste of time and doesn't know what they are talking about she was left baffled for words to the reply "please don't speak to me like that" like what im been cool and calm. Also physically lie and say a dentist will call you back100% honestly this place is shameless and really unprofessional I will be making a full formal complaint about this. I've attached a photo of my appointment dated Tuesday 19th of july 2022 and today's date is Tuesday the 5th of July 2022 so I got my appointment and it's 2 weeks away.

How can this Dentist surgery function, no one answer the phone, called 15 times, all you get is a voicemail then straight to message
