        I called for an emergency appointment and boy did they come to my rescue. So grateful to everyone involved, from Shirley who took my call right through to Bernie who worked her magic. Can't thank you enough. Primal Scream on in the background (not live guys!) defo helped... but it was everyone's manner and professionalism that made what I expected to a nightmare hour in fact not too bad at all. Thank you

        I have been going to the Townsend Dental Practice for over 25 years and I have never thought of switching. Everyone is so professional and exceptionally friendly. I had a regular appointment today and we will all be back in six months.

        Avoid Dr Venturoli who is extremely below par as a dentist. First time I've had to leave a negative review but couldn't be avoided for this one.
